When Northumbrian Smokehouse came to Big Purple Box to develop their first WordPress e-commerce website we were delighted and might even have taken payment in smoked cashew nuts!
A meeting was duly arranged and the process of developing a WordPress e-commerce website was discussed at great length. Once both Paula and Steve at Northumbria Smokehouse were happy with the proposal, work began on the look and feel of the website. As a first step a few small amendments were made to the business logo.
WordPress was chosen alongside the free WooCommerce plug in because of it’s ease of use and simple methods to maintain, add and update website content. The wording and photo’s arrived promptly and the whole project came together very quickly.
