Squelch Wellies

Squelch Wellies are an online only business, selling kids and adult unique socks.

Coming to Big Purple Box after growing frustrated with their Shopify website, the brief called for a complete overhaul of the store products and how they were presented to customers. Introducing ‘bundled’ products and offering discounts on certain combinations of products as well as completely separate Wholesale pricing and payment options.

This extended the development time, but also meant that the client didn’t need to make compromises as additional functionality was bolted on to the free WooCommerce plugin.

The site was developed in WordPress and WooCommerce. This allows full product inventory control and reporting, as well as the ability to add and edit content or products as required.
